Senior Product Designer (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a Middle+/Senior Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms, with a preference for experience in B2B environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape the architecture of complex features, and ensure a seamless design process that minimizes errors and inefficiencies.

We expect you to have:
— At least 3 years of proven experience in designing user-friendly and compelling web and mobile interfaces.
— High-quality design skills, deep knowledge of design principles and best practices (showcasing portfolio is a must).
— Proven experience in designing for web and mobile applications.
— Ability to think through and design the architecture of complex features.
— Proficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining components and design systems.
— Familiarity with prioritizing features based on user and business needs.
— Previous experience working in cross-functional teams.
— Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to be a team player and collaborate effectively.
— Strong UX mindset: ability to identify user problems, design intuitive user flows, and reduce complexity in user journeys.
— Upper-Intermediate (or higher) English level.

Will be a BIG plus:
— Experience with Growth: ability to optimize user experiences that directly contribute to the product growth, leveraging insights from user analytics, A/B testing, and other data-driven strategies.
— Strong understanding of B2B product design and workflows.

About your responsibilities:

Feature Design & Architecture

• Develop flowmaps, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the architecture of complex features.
• Drive the design process for new features, ensuring high-quality delivery with minimal errors.

Team Collaboration

• Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers.
• Participate in feature prioritization, helping align business and user needs.
• Contribute to clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Workshops & Presentations

• Organize and lead workshops to brainstorm ideas, align on goals, and refine concepts.
• Present designs and rationale to team members and stakeholders effectively.

Documentation & Handoff

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for developers.
• Ensure smooth handoff of designs and requirements to the engineering team.

Design System Management

• Utilize and maintain Figma components and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with other designers to evolve the design system as the product grows.
