As a Growth Designer, you will analyze tests, leverage data, and iterate on previous experiments to optimize user journeys, influence key metrics, and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for measurable product growth.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position;
• A passion for running A/B tests to gather data-driven insights that optimize designs;
• Strong curious about user needs and business goals;
• A growth mindset and runs wholeheartedly toward a challenge;
• Experience in influencing Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Monetization product metrics;
• Previous experience working in a product company;
• Skills in facilitating brainstorming and prioritization workshops;
• Experience in EdTech industry (would be a plus);
• Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English.

You will be responsible for:

• Cross-functional team collaboration throughout the design process;
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives;
• Design experiments that drive substantial increases in growth metrics;
• Maintain and develop our design guidelines and component library.
