We are looking for a Product Configuration Manager to be part of Zoral software development team delivering fintech (financial technology) SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions to financial institutions, including mortgage, consumer lending, SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) lending, insurance businesses across the world.

The Product Configuration Manager will work closely with SaaS services and solutions Product Managers and Business Analysts, development teams and support teams on Zoral side.
The Product Configuration Manager’s primary responsibility will be creating and maintaining configurations for Zoral SaaS services and products in fintech areas to meet product requirements and specific customer needs, by using various GUI and command line tools and following pre-defined defined process.

• 1+ years of Business Analysis and Requirements Analysis experience;
• Strong computer user level: MS Office (Word, Excel), Web, email, instant messaging;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Disciplined, attentive to details;
• Good English written and verbal communication skills;
• Prior account management experience, participation in software development projects, understanding of software development process/lifecycle would be a plus;
• Basics understanding and willingness to learn mortgage, lending, corporate finance discipline, accounting, experience in the fintech area would be a plus;
• Basic understanding or relational databases, SQL, cloud providers would be a plus.

• Review and analyze detailed requirements provided by Product Managers and Business Analysts, commercials team and requests provided by service / product support teams;
• Design how the requirements and support requests need to be implemented in the service / product configuration, using the product’s / service’s configuration approaches, best practices etc.;
• Implement the configuration designed, using pre-defined GUI and command line tools, and following pre-defined process;
• Support the QA process, by analyzing and resolving configuration-related defects and issues that may be found during testing.
