Zoral, a leading provider of research and development to the software industry, is searching for an experienced People Partner/Assistant to HR Director to join its development center in Kyiv.

3+ years in People Partner’s or HR Manager with corresponding responsibilities role.
Experience in IT industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working across cultures and dealing with sensitive information.
Excellent communication skills
Written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills — with strong attention to detail.
High level of stress-resistance.
Good command of English.

Provide full scope of HR service (excluding recruitment) to the company personnel, including developing and advising on motivation programs, employee retention measures, etc.
Organize and control employees on-boarding.
Track and respond to organizational changes, employees’ needs, complains, issues, creating solutions to employees’ challenges.
Organize performance evaluation, collect and deliver information to managers and employees individually.
Provide and organize individual and/or team trainings as required.
Take part in organization and conducting of team building events.
Provide support on research, design and development of HR initiatives.
Work on improving quality of cooperation and teams’ performance.
Assist in customizing of HR procedures and policies, and ensure they are followed by employees.
