Technical skills & hands on experience:

- Programming languages:
o Python (preferred)

- Solid knowledge of architecture and design patterns, principles and best practices designing and implementing scalable, fault tolerant, multi-tenant cloud-based solutions
- Solid understanding of the micro-services design and delivery approaches
- Solid understanding of networking basics
- RPA frameworks and experience developing RPA solutions would be a plus
- Experience with Twilio and SendGrid would be a plus

• Assist the Product Management / BA / Requirements Team (partially located in the US) with the requirements analysis. Understand requirements for the product/platform and client-specific solutions to be built upon the platform.
• Develop ideas/solutions for the technical architecture and design to implement the requirements, discuss and agree the ideas/solutions with the development team. Make final technical architecture and design decisions when necessary.
• Document and share technical architecture and design-related information when necessary.
• Do or drive research on related technical questions, together with the development team, DevOps and IT department.
• Work with the DevOps and the IT department to drive resolution of infrastructure-related questions and issues, including production and development hosting environments, CI/CD etc.
• Work with the Project Manager to understand the project priorities and assist with the project estimating and planning.
