Zoral, a leading provider of research and development to the software industry, is searching for Customer Support Engineer to join its development center in Kyiv.
Schedule: During Zoral out of hours (22:00 — 9:00 Kyiv time) and on holidays/weekends (distant).
Required skills:
Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools: Jenkins;
Hands on experience with: Docker, Git, Bash;
SQL;
Java Core;
Strong communication skills, written and spoken English;
Responsiveness and discipline;
Issues and incidents root cause analysis and resolution.
Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services would be a plus;

Being available on call and ready to work on incidents sent by customer;
That person will also:
Be helping (part time) the existing project development team with their development/QA/DevOps tasks (~4 hrs per day)
And/or helping other projects with development or operation support activities.
