Zoolatech is a global technology partner delivering top-tier engineering services to enterprise clients across the U.S. and Europe.
We are opening a Sourcing Intern / Junior Talent Sourcer position, which includes a 3-month internship followed by a transition into a full-time Sourcer role.
You will work in pair with a Senior Recruiter based in Europe, building candidate pipelines primarily for the European market (with a strong focus on Poland), while also contributing to hiring across other regions, including Turkey and LATAM.
This role is focused on sourcing and deep market research, where you will develop strong skills in candidate search, pipeline building, and market analysis while working across international markets.
After successfully completing the internship, you will continue as a Talent Sourcer, staying in close collaboration with your recruiter and growing within the sourcing track over the next 1–2 years.

Responsibilities:
(During Internship)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Build initial candidate pipelines
- Work in pair with a Senior Recruiter and support active vacancies
- Learn how to analyze candidate profiles and match them to role requirements
- Research talent markets (primarily Europe)
- Maintain candidate data in ATS (Jira)
- Participate in internal syncs and learning sessions
(After Internship)
- Independently source candidates for multiple technical roles
- Continuously support your paired recruiter across active positions
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Analyze market trends and improve sourcing strategies
- Ensure structured and accurate candidate tracking in ATS
Skills Required
- Strong interest in recruitment / sourcing / HR
- Completed courses in recruitment or sourcing
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn or willingness to learn
- English — Upper-Intermediate+
