This role is ideal for a young professional who has just graduated or is about to graduate, is strongly passionate about HR, and has perfect communication skills. This is also a great opportunity for those looking to progress in HR career, even if you have minimal experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration and execution of Talent Management programs, including employee development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Support HR teams in tracking and managing employee engagement initiatives, learning & development programs, and career progression frameworks.
  • Work with HRMS platform, supporting ongoing projects with talent metrics and ensuring data integrity.
  • Maintain and analyze HR data using advanced Excel functions to provide insights and reporting for talent-related decisions.
  • Handle HR documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist in communication and coordination of talent initiatives across departments.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data validation, and automation).
  • Experience with HRMS platforms (preferred) or willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to data management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in HR administration or a related role is a plus.
  • Professional proficiency in English (C1 preferred).
