Due to an increase in the number of vacancies, we are looking for a recruiter who can help the company hire ІТ-specialists.
We are a team of 11 recruiters and 2 managers, all very nice people in different parts of Europe and Latin America. We fill positions from Junior to Managerial level for a variety of foreign clients.
You are expected to:
— ability to distinguish Java from JavaScript
— experience in conducting a full-fledged HR interview
— 1 year of experience in IT recruitment, knowledge of all search tools and recruitment processes
— strong analytical skills and a desire to deepen knowledge in analytics
— spoken English level from B2 level
— sincere interest in this role and the IT industry
