Senior Frontend Engineer


Project Description
Our client Knock Rentals, an award-winning sales and marketing SaaS platform for residential property management companies. Knock’s customers manage rental properties, and Knock suite of products help companies streamline and optimize their front-office operations, it includes CRM, Analytics, Tour support and other functionality.
Zoolatech started collaboration with the company a year ago and is growing further and extending the customer facing engineering team.

— Closely collaborate with Ukraine-based and the US-based teammates, including non-technical staff to aid in the development of its products;
— Taking part in the new feature design and development while keeping the high level of coding standards;
— Take ownership of system quality and addressing customer-facing issues;
— Improve the overall quality of existing systems, through augmented existing functionality, fixing bugs and adding preventative tests;
— Follow industry best practices in quality management — automated testing, code review, error monitoring;
— Actively participate in the Scrum ceremonies of the team;

Skills Required
— Good knowledge of JavaScript Core, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3;
— 5+ years of experience as a Frontend engineer;
— Solid experience with backend (preferably NodeJS) is must;
— Experience with React, Redux, Reselect;
— Good written and spoken English;
— Experience in planning, splitting and estimating big piece of work;
— Experience with testing tools (cypress, jest, react-testing-library);
— The person should be self-guided, experienced in working within distributed team.
— Will be an advantage:
— Experience with Kubernetes, AWS
