Reporting to the Learning Engagement Lead, the L&D Partner will:
— Use a consulting approach to serve the customer and assess learning needs within the business through observations, conversations and asking questions
— Work as a team with other GT members, including Talent Business Partners, to listen to our customer then translate business needs into timely, relevant solutions
— Create a relationship and establish trust with stakeholders within the GT and customer teams
— Become knowledgeable about the inner workings of the customer’s business in order to identify learning needs to solve the problems they are struggling with, thus enabling better results
— Collaborate with SME, leaders and other experts to bring immediate and relevant value to the business
— Collect data and informal feedback on learning products, services & events to continually improve quality & service
— Facilitate learning including workshops and interactive classes, knowledge sharing and experiential learning for teams in your customers’ business
