QA Tool is an internal system used for monitoring statistic of clients’ appeals to the company and interactions with Customer Support representatives who work in chats and tickets based on the data from the helpdesk system.
The QA Tool does not have any analogs provided by helpdesk systems.
The tool includes extensive functionality of statistic monitoring and data processing, assessment of Customer Support representatives performance, reports creation and different communication channels.
