— Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
— 2+ years of working experience in technical writing of software documentation
— Excellent writing and communication skills
— Experience in creating API reference docs (OpenAPI) and developer guides
— Ability to gather information from SMEs to produce content
— Ability to deliver clear and concise documentation in simple and easy-to-read English
— Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
— Experience working with Markdown
— Experience working with Atlassian stack tools (BitBucket, Jira, Confluence)

— Familiarity with any of the following style guides:
a) Google Developer Documentation Style Guide
b) Microsoft Style Guide
c) Apple Style Guide
— Experience working with AsciiDoc
— Understanding fundamental principles of Scrum process

— Work with the internal team to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
— Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
— Write easy-to-understand integration guides, manuals and instructions
— Support product teams and partners in documentation-related questions and issues
— Gather usability feedback, analyze existing and potential content, focusing on possible improvements and reuse opportunities
— Maintain and improve the information architecture
