SEO Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

— Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
— Location: Ukraine
— A passion for SEO and 4-5 years of experience. 3 years of technical SEO experience preferred.
— SEO experience with JS frameworks, such as Angular, Backbone, Ember, Vue, and React, etc.
— Proficiency in SEO industry tools, such as Screaming Frog Spider, Moz Pro, Majestic, Google AdWords Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Ontolo, BuzzStream, Ahrefs, LinkResearchTools, and RMOOV, etc.
— Proficiency in MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint and working knowledge of Google Analytics.
— Solid logic reasoning and problem solving skills.
— Ability to interact successfully with cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationship. Excellent oral/written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
— Fluent English speaker who can clearly articulate thoughts and concepts in virtual meetings with co-workers based in US, UK, and other English-speaking countries.
— Good time management skills — ability to meet deadlines.
— Career-minded, hardworking and detail oriented. A self-starter.

On-page SEO
— Conduct site audit and provide comprehensive recommendations to SSL.com product manager.
— Lead website optimization projects in collaboration with Product, UX, and IT, including:Site architecture optimization
1) Page template redesign, validation and optimization
2) Site performance and search UX improvement
3) Global meta tag rules
4) Linking structure optimization
— Run site crawlers and analyze crawl results of SSLs.com on a regular basis. Fix technical issues reported by webmaster tools and third party crawlers. Manage SEO tickets and ensure priority issues are resolved quickly. — Report progress on a weekly basis.
— Perform keyword research to inform content planning, ideation, and creation.
— Execute on-page optimization projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1) Keyword-content mapping decision
2) Optimization of content copy, title, URL, META tags, heading, and alt text tags, etc.
3) Internal cross-linking and anchor text optimization
— Regular re-optimization to maintain consistent high search engine visibility.
— Provide SEO support to new SSL product launch and promo campaigns.
— Use SEO industry tools and web analytics to track SEO initiatives and report performance.

Off-page SEO
— Analyze competitors’ link profile to inform our content creation and link acquisition strategy.
— Participate in off-page link acquisition projects. Responsibilities may include:
1) Competitive link mining
2) Link prospecting
3) Broken link identification and reclamation
4) Implicit link conversion
— Support outreach campaigns in US and other English speaking markets such as UK and Canada.
— Conduct regular link audit to clean up backlink profile and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines. — Responsibilities include:
— Linking domain analysis and risk assessment
— Webmaster outreach to fix out-of-compliance inbound links
— Regular update of disavow file
— Site performance monitoring after disavow file update
