— Experience in building up, growing a new organization by introducing HR processes and tools
— Excellent spoken and written English skills
— 5-10 years of professional experience
— 3-7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably including people leadership
— University degree or equivalent
— Business Curiosity: you understand the internal logic of the business; you search for and feel the pain points of the business; you display empathy towards the realities of the business and the people that comprise it
— Networking / Stakeholder Management: you understand human psychology and habits around decisions and can consciously manage relationships
— Strategic Leadership: you translate broader business and HR strategy into clear actions and deliverables for your team; you listen, develop, coach and enable your team to deliver strategic outcomes that impact the larger business
— Full HR Toolbox Awareness: you have a strong working knowledge of HR tools and processes, including recruitment, development, severance, and others, and understand how to use them
— Risk Taking: you take calculated risks, can manage uncertainty, and don’t wait for permission to take strategic action; you try willingly and are ready to learn from failures and try again; you take small risks to test approaches before expanding
— Customer Focus: you focus heavily on your internal customers and their needs, and you relate to candidates as customers
— Adaptability: you quickly adapt to changing circumstances, readily let go of the past, and are agile

— Support business units in achieving their goals by understanding their business and building trusted relationships with leaders
— Design robust succession pipelines and support the management of talent cross-functionally (including internal and external talent acquisition and development)
— Drive organizational development and engagement activities based on qualitative and quantitative insights, collaborate with leaders of business units and align with wider Namecheap culture
— Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership that pushes forward the HR plans of our business
— Help global HR specialist teams (like development and talent acquisition) deliver state-of-the-art HR tools that fit our business
— Act as a single point of contact for the business units, and support them in using global HR specialist services
— Act as the independent advisor for employees in tough situations
— Supervise routine and administrative HR processes (on-boarding / off-boarding) for the business units
