PrivateEmail and Spacemail are Namecheap’s and Spaceship’s secure, business-focused email products built for customers who want a professional domain-based identity, strong deliverability, and a modern, reliable mailbox experience.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Owner to join one of our fast-paced product teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, help shape backlog items, and ensure that delivery aligns with user needs and business goals. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a solid analytical mindset and experience in tech-focused roles who is ready to grow into a full Product Owner role.

Your expertise:

• Minimum 3 years in business analysis or product ownership
• Familiarity with Agile (Kanban / Scrum)
• Previous experience working with internal teams or technical stakeholders
• Experience working with operational dashboards, admin tools, or automation flows
• Ability to gather and refine requirements from multiple internal users
• Experience documenting user journeys and system flows
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, logs, or error tracking
• Strong English (spoken and written)
• Proactive mindset with ability to work across departments
• Curious, analytical, and structured thinking

Will definitely be a plus:

• Experience with CI / CD tooling, monitoring platforms, or DevOps workflows
• Exposure to email infrastructure or related technologies
• Previous experience in QA, technical support, or incident tracking systems
• Hands-on experience working as a Product Owner with iOS and Android mobile development teams across the full product lifecycle

You will be involved into:

• Work with Product Owners and engineers to improve tooling and workflows used across Spacemail and Private Email ecosystems
• Refine backlog items related to internal dashboards, automation tools, or admin features
• Collaborate with stakeholders from TechOps, DevOps, QA, and customer support teams
• Ensure requirements are well-defined, prioritized, and tested
• Participate in agile ceremonies and continuously iterate based on internal user feedback
