Location: Remote
Your expertise:
- 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator
- Good Knowledge of Windows OS — both server and workstation
- Familiar with the Microsoft Infrastructure stack — AD, MS Exchange, ADFS, CA, System Center, WDS, WSUS, RDS, IIS etc.
- Basic knowledge of DNS, network infrastructure
- Experience with backup systems and procedures
- Experience with Virtualization Technologies (KVM, Hyper-V, VMware at least one of them)
- An ardent desire to learn continually and grow professionally
- English: Pre-intermediate or higher
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in shifts (day- and night-)
Will definitely be a plus:
- Experience with *nix OS
- Popular scripting languages to create automation of work processes, monitoring — Python, PowerShell — at least one of them
- Experience with GIT, Configuration managers (Puppet, Ansible etc)

- Ensure continuous availability and reliability of internal production systems
- IT infrastructure Monitoring
- Incident detection and response, primary diagnosis and problem management

- L2 Users technical support
- Operation tasks (server updates, systems commissioning and decommissioning, software configuration, etc. )

As our new TechOps Shift Engineer, you will maintain, monitor and develop infrastructure servers and services, keep their performance and stability on the highest level. You will also troubleshoot and investigate global technical issues our internal systems / servers may have. You will develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge as well as knowledge of technologies you work with and optimize technical processes / procedures to make them more efficient and easier both for clients and the team.
