Senior DevOps / SysAdmin in Virtual Services Team (#911)

Your expertise:

• Advanced Linux / Unix experience (4+ years)
• KVM-based virtualization 1+ years experience
• Strong AWS platform experience
• Infrastructure monitoring / logging experience (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or OpenSearch, Zabbix, Nagios, etc.)
• DevOps skills
• CI (e.g. Jenkins, Gitlab CI, etc.)
• IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, etc.)
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Web hosting technologies experience (HTTP, DNS, SQL / No-SQL DBs, Message brokers)
• Be able to work as part of the team

Will definitely be a plus:

• Experience with OpenStack
• Networking Virtualization experience (SDN, VXLAN, TCP / IP, UDP, Routing)
• Infrastructure security implementation skills
• Experience with Scrum / Kanban processes

You will be involved into:

• Research, implement, and support technical solutions to build a new VPS Hosting product
• Analyze current VPS Hosting market mainstreams
• Document research and development results to be used inside and shared with other teams
• Build and maintain virtualized environments
• Install and configure software
• Perform system upgrades and patches
• Troubleshoot issues
• Optimize service performance
• Maintain security, monitoring, logging
• Automate tasks
• Be an active part of the team to improve technical and soft processes
