Data Analyst (#898)

Your expertise:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
• Proficient in SQL and database schema comprehension
• Experience with data visualization tools, especially Looker
• Familiarity with data procurement from various sources
• Understanding of subscription-based business models
• Experience with finance, marketing, and product analytics data
• High proficiency in English for effective communication with stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present complex data in an understandable manner
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

You will be involved into:

Data Procurement & Analysis

• Diving into our databases to understand the schema and locate the necessary data
• Writing efficient SQL queries to extract data for ad-hoc requests
• Utilizing Looker and other tools to analyze and visualize data

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their data needs and clarifying questions
• Presenting findings clearly and confidently to executives and high-level stakeholders
• Assisting stakeholders in understanding data insights and how to access them independently

Self-Service Enablement

• Working with the data engineering team to develop self-service data solutions in Looker
• Educating and empowering team members to utilize self-service tools for their data needs

Business Insight

• Maintaining a strong understanding of subscription-based business models
• Providing insights from finance, marketing, and product analytics perspectives

Communication

• Exhibiting mastery of the English language in both written and verbal communication.
• Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for diverse audiences
