You will be involved into:
- Planning, coordinating, and promoting asset physical inventory process.
- Actively managing system processes through addition, removal, and auditing of devices and equipment.
- Verifying, entering, and adjusting equipment asset management data in a variety of forms, schedules and reports.
- Coordinating, updating, and maintaining the tracking database for new and existing assets — including asset identification tagging, location identification, and physical count.
- Auditing of existing equipment for proper and up to date identification tagging.
- Tracking entire life-cycle management for each asset, refreshing dates and end of life date information.
- Coordinating preparation of data and ensuring reporting accuracy through regular auditing.
- Providing assistance with the implementation of processes, with relation to broken/replaced assets, by following the hardware RMA process.
- Creating and tracking purchase orders for equipment.
- Collaborating with the technical team regarding spare equipment use & determining tasks for dedicated server setup, ensuring efficient delivery.
- Facilitating and maintaining regular communication channels with datacenters and the respective teams, with regards to equipment delivery and maintenance instructions.
- Creating and maintaining regular reporting on systems and structures for delivery to management.
