Your expertise:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience with Looker and DBT
• Strong experience using SQL, creating data models
• Strong communication skills, capable of effective cross-team collaboration
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• High proficiency in English for effective communication with stakeholders

Will be definitely a plus:

• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python / R) and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery)
• Problem-solving skills with a commitment to high data quality standards

You will be involved into:

• Integrating new business data into the client’s data infrastructure
• Collaborating with data engineers to integrate new business data and ensure its integrity
• Designing and implementing a data warehouse model for the new business line
• Developing and maintaining DBT models to transform raw data for analysis
• Creating BI reports and dashboards using Looker to provide actionable insights
• Identifying key integration points between new and existing data
• Collaborating with the team to update the BI strategy and incorporating the new data

Skillshare recently acquired a new line of business specializing in marketplace services, including 1:1 sessions, live sessions, and digital goods for content creators. This mission involves integrating new data into Skillshare’s existing infrastructure, modeling the data warehouse, and creating actionable BI insights using DBT and Looker to drive strategic business decisions.
