Your expertise:
- At least 3+ years of progressive experience as a People Partner in IT, preferably in a mid to large-sized organization
- Fluent in both English and Ukrainian, with proficiency tailored for business contexts
- Demonstrated expertise in HR processes and procedures, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Proven track record of successfully supporting remote teams and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience collaborating with multinational teams and supporting diverse communities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred

You will be involved into:
- Partner with team managers to understand their business objectives and provide HR guidance and support
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes; including onboarding, performance management, and off boarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction
- Conduct regular assessments of HR policies and practices to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to drive positive change
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Global People Team, to ensure alignment with company-wide HR initiatives and priorities
- Serve as a proactive advocate for employees, addressing concerns and promoting a culture of inclusion, diversity, and belonging
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making, tracking key metrics and trends to measure the effectiveness of HR programs
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and drive innovation in HR practices
