Your expertise:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Operations / equivalent role in IT companies
- Minimum B2 English level (both written and spoken)
- Advanced user of MS Office and Google Docs
- Strong communication skills, characterized by openness, clarity, and a structured approach
- Competent in creating people-related policies and procedures, skilled in designing surveys and their administration
- Analytical thinking, ability to operate large volumes of information with attention to details
- Proactive approach, strong sense of responsibility, and effective self-management skills
- Strong organizational skills, stress resistance, and ability to work within strict deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to group efforts
- An involved and caring individual who is ready to handle any non-trivial request from an employee

You will be involved into:
- Performing operational tasks related to various stages of an employee’s lifecycle within the Technology business unit
- Engaging in the onboarding process for new employees / new roles
- Providing support in updating and developing people-related procedures and policies
- Collecting information and feedback, launching and processing surveys
- Working with correspondence and different types of reports
- Responding to requests and priorities from stakeholders (e.g., implementing and describing new processes, providing analytics, assisting in organizing training / other events)
- Maintaining verbal and written communication with employees
- Proposing and executing new ideas to address issues and challenges
