Your expertise:

  • 2+ years experience in a People Partner or equivalent role in IT companies
  • Intermediate + level of English and Ukrainian proficiency
  • Excellent knowledge of a People Partner’s functions throughout the entirety of an employee’s life cycle within the company
  • Understanding and proficiency in using essential HR tools
  • Good understanding of business operations and processes
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage day-to-day tasks and requests
  • Ability to keep your performance on a high level without constant monitoring
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

You will be involved into:

  • Providing a full scope of HR service including developing and advising on motivation programs, engagement, and care programs
  • Collaboration with Team Managers and Teams to enhance team communication, engagement and to improve the quality of cooperation and business unit performance
  • Proactively identifying and addressing retention risks, developing needed action items to mitigate those risks
  • Facilitating business changes by maintaining healthy feedback, communications, and interpersonal relationships
  • Driving and influencing the culture and people aspects of organizational change in order to improve business efficiency and growth
  • Providing timely and efficient solutions to any issues from managers and team members

As our new People Partner, you’ll be part of the Technology UA People Team in ZONE3000. Your role will cover providing the full scope of HR service (excluding recruitment) to the Managers and Teams. You will build relationships with colleagues to help them understand everyday work life, help to create a positive employee experience, and implement People solutions that concretely and flexibly solve business priorities.
