Your expertise:
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana, New Relic, PagerDuty
- Experience with OS Linux, Windows
- Understanding Git flow and working with Git
- Ability to analyze and quickly find ways to resolve the issue
- Ability to determine what is the issue and what is not based on previous experience and knowledge sharing in the team
- Experience with task management software
- Ability to work in the team as a team member
- Experience to work with documentation creation
- Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
Will definitely be a plus:
- Understanding of CI / CD processes
- Experience with infrastructure management tools like Terraform, Ansible
- Experience with Kubernetes

You will be involved into:
- Support site reliability infrastructure in tandem with a team
- Help teams to support software and services in production environment
- Manage incidents and requests from other teams and end-users
- Work in team with task management software and source control repositories
- Document all changes and decisions in company wiki and help team to avoid repeated tasks
- Raise incident which can’t be mitigated or fixed in short term to Level 2 team members and other teams
