Your expertise:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in HR, talent partnership, or similar roles, within an out staffing or outsourcing context
  • Proven experience with setting up effective onboarding and adaptation processes, facilitating 1-1, delivering team satisfaction reports and summaries, implementing learning and development activities, performing exit interviews and keeping attrition on the anticipated level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, teams, and professionals from diverse backgrounds
  • Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent command of English (there is intensive daily both written and verbal communication with English speaking clients and foreign colleagues)
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships and employee assignments concurrently
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

You will be involved into:

Comprehensive HR Expertise: Demonstrated ability to provide a comprehensive range of HR retention services to clients and teams. This includes the development and advisory of motivation programs, individual/team retention tools, compensation and benefits strategies, as well as training and education strategies.

Satisfaction Surveys and Appraisal: Proficiency in conducting satisfaction surveys and overseeing the performance appraisal process for teams. Capable of gathering valuable insights to enhance team dynamics and address any concerns effectively.

Strategic Empowerment: Skilled in equipping clients with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in alignment with their strategic people plans. This includes expertise in areas such as performance management and career development.

Performance Evaluation: Proven track record in conducting performance evaluation and development interviews with employees. Able to provide constructive feedback and guidance for professional growth.

Cooperation Enhancement: Experienced in collaborating with clients and teams to improve the quality of cooperation and overall business unit performance. Adept at identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategies for improvement.

Training and Coaching: Proficient in providing individual and team training/coaching as required. Possesses the ability to nurture talent and support skill development.

Change Management: Skilled in driving, influencing, advising, and supporting the cultural and people-related aspects of organizational change, structures, people processes, and business improvement initiatives. Able to foster a smooth transition during times of change.

Policy Adherence: Strong commitment to ensuring HR procedures and policies are consistently followed by employees. Maintains a thorough understanding of regulations and compliance standards.

Initiative Development: Ability to provide personal support in researching, designing, and developing HR initiatives. Capable of identifying innovative solutions to address evolving needs.
