ZONE3000 is looking for a Sales Lead: an ambitious person who will come up with the unique ideas to help our brand build and grow sales from the scratch. A pro who will set up the sales strategy based on the business needs, identify and hire the resources needed, train them and bring them to success. A person to establish and boost quality communication with the potential clients, the one to negotiate and close the deals.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of related experience in sales or / and business development in successful IT engineering services company
  • Proven team leading experience: ability to lead by example and act with integrity
  • Strong foundational knowledge in information technology
  • Proven experience working in outstaffing / outsourcing field
  • Comprehensive business knowledge to create realistic sales projections and objectives for the team
  • Proven track record of sales, sales orientation, focus on results and persistence
  • Ability to recruit a successful sales and marketing team from the scratch
  • Extensive mentoring and leadership qualities to train and develop sales team members
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from the first contact to the product release
  • Understanding the sales funnel, negotiation steps and strategies
  • Proven ability to influence, strong leadership and team building skills
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Strong self-organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility, quick reaction and adjustability to changes
  • Growth hacking ideas, creative approach
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities:

  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Compare performance to goals and adjust goals as needed
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales team
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage
  • Closely cooperate with Delivery Manager, Recruitment Head, HR and Marketing, identify terms and conditions for fulfilling client requirements, and their coordination
  • Establish, lead and execute the campaign on searching for new and potential clients on different channels
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with new companies
  • Leading the client until the deal is closed
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and estimates to potential clients
  • Making presentations of the company’s services, the benefits of cooperation, and explaining the software development cycle to potential customers
  • Identifying the needs of potential customers; helping the client describe their business model, communicating with clients in their words
  • Closing the deals of all levels
  • Maintaining data, statistics, and reporting on each active client
  • Reporting directly to CEO on weekly and monthly progress
  • Participation in professional events (trade exhibitions, fairs, etc.) to find new clients and present our services
