About the job

Namecheap was founded in 2000 on the idea that all people deserve value-priced domains delivered through stellar service. Today, Namecheap is a leading ICANN-accredited domain name registrar and web hosting company with over three million customers and 14 million domains under management — and we’re just getting started.

Our culture is built on the values that we live every day; the way we work, the way we collaborate with our global network of colleagues, and the way we relentlessly innovate solutions that meet the emerging needs of our customers.

You’ll be part of a truly global network by joining Namecheap’s teammates from 22 countries in Europe, South America, Canada, and the United States. You will join our Ukrainian team, however you will be part of this team of over 2000 employees.

What You’ll Do

Bring your knowledge of learning and supporting people to one or more teams, working to know and understand what they do and promote their growth. Working at the direction of the Learning Partner and/or Talent Business Partner, you will strive to find ways to bring more learning resources to the business. You’ll quickly become a skilled user of our learning platform to help to translate business content into opportunities for learning, and increase adoption through communication and support. Working closely with the L&D team, one day you may help to create presentations or infographics, and the next research and curate content. No two days are exactly alike, but your mission will always be the same: build trust and deliver value to your teams.

Whom You’ll Work With

You’ll work with a team made up of learning gurus who always want to know more — and want to spread that knowledge around. Together with our learning partners, content wizards, and learning system experts, you’ll help to engage the business through the launch of our new platform, identifying ways to support what they want to do through best practices. In addition, you may research content, identify new and exciting resources and help to develop training and development materials. Our days are rarely typical, but you can expect to balance your time becoming an expert on our learning platform and consulting with others to help them use it correctly. You’ll be working to build something that has a real, positive impact on our business.

What will You Bring

  • Develop the content and practical exercises for different learning solutions (soft skills training, facilitation, workshop, presentation, etc.), design learning curriculums and development pathways, based on current business needs
  • Become an expert in our new Curio LMS/LXP platform and provide individual support to teams in designing content and structure using best practices, helping to increase adoption and usage
  • Work closely with the central L&D team to access tools, resources, and expertise to deliver solutions to the business
  • Support teams in identifying external training opportunities and keep up-to-date on external resources
  • Collect data and informal feedback on learning products, services & events to continually improve quality & service
  • Curate relevant content and keep it updated in Curio

What You’ll Learn

  • How to effectively use an LMS to promote learning within teams.
  • How to translate business knowledge gaps into solutions, working closely with the senior team.
  • How to become an “owner” of your work and think like an entrepreneur.

What’s in it for you

  • Competitive salary
  • Autonomy in your role
  • Opportunities for personal development and career growth
  • A flat organization with low hierarchy and open communication
  • Being part of a global technology company and grow as an international professional
