You’ll be part of a truly global network by joining Namecheap’s teammates from 22 countries in Europe, South America, Canada, and the United States. You will join our Ukrainian team, however, you will be part of this team of over 1,800 employees.

What You’ll Do

You will build relationships with Product & Marketing colleagues to help understand everyday work life, and implement People solutions that concretely and flexibly solve business priorities by:

• Conducting welcome meetings and exit interviews;
• Supporting the new joiner adaptation process;
• Providing research, design, and development of HR initiatives;
• Keeping documentation and people data accurate & up to date;
• Collecting feedback from Product & Marketing team members to help make improvements to People solutions and services;
• Providing timely & efficient action to solve ad hoc issues/requests from managers and team members
• Facilitating business changes by maintaining healthy feedback, communications, and interpersonal relationships.
• Supporting People data & insights including engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and recognition / reward.

Whom You’ll Work With

You will report to the Talent Business Partner and be part of a cross-functional team (Operations Pod) supporting the Product & Marketing departments. You’ll be collaborating with global & local People Teams in order to deploy the best practices to meet & exceed the needs of your internal customers.

What Will You Bring

• Previous experience in People Operations or HR Roles
• Strong Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level of English proficiency
• Ability to be people-centric with excellent attention to detail
• Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office software
• Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
