— Degree in Economics / Statistics / Math
— Strong SQL knowledge
— Good theoretical background in math and statistic
— Understanding predictive analytics
— Experience building visualizations in Tableau or other similar tools
— Understanding of LTV / CAC, Conversion Rate, Cohort analysis, Retention Rate
— Analytical mindset
— Understanding the email campaign metrics would be a plus

— Email campaigns target audience lists creation using existing customer base
— Help the CRM team with the target audience criteria defining
— Evaluate the email campaigns effectiveness
— Email campaigns A/B test results processing
— Identify areas of opportunity in order to facilitate the growth and engagement of Namecheap customers base
— Customer base trends surveillance and explaining the deviations
— Customer base segmentation
— Help to maximize customers retention rate
