6+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role.
Experience in leading a team of 3+ marketing specialists and the ability to set up team KPIs and OKRs
Demonstrated ability to become a product champion
Exceptional ROI tracking skills
Expertise in verbal and visual storytelling
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
Fluency in written and spoken English

Develop an integrated marketing and tactical plan for the products you will support to increase customer retention and acquisition

Map our customer journey, identify information and decision touchpoints
Drive change within our sales and marketing processes based on your insights about the customer journey
Collaborate with product management and marketing communications teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates
Be an expert on what our customers want, need and what their buying criteria are
Develop and implement product release and launches
Be the source of knowledge and the primary thought leader for the products you support, both internally and externally through speaking engagements and written work
