We are seeking an elite AI leader with exceptional technical depth, thought leadership, and enterprise delivery experience. This individual will serve as a senior strategic and technical authority on Artificial Intelligence initiatives, working closely with our Head of Data & AI to architect and deliver complex, mission-critical AI solutions for enterprise clients.

Required Qualifications:

• EducationPh.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field or equivalent deep research and practical expertise.
• Microsoft Recognition (Strongly Preferred)
• Current or multiple prior Microsoft AI MVP award (Artificial Intelligence category preferred; Data Platform or Developer Technologies MVPs with heavy AI focus are acceptable).
• Microsoft Regional Director status is highly desirable.
• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) is a plus.
• Technical Expertise
• Deep mastery of AI/ML, NLP, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Responsible AI.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, and related Microsoft AI platform capabilities.
• Strong background in data science and building/deploying custom enterprise AI solutions at scale.
• Community Leadership & Thought Leadership
• Significant contributions to the AI community, such as:
• Speaking at major conferences (Microsoft Ignite, Microsoft Build, or equivalent).
• Authoring books, courses, blogs, or technical content on AI topics.
• Open-source contributions (GitHub repositories focused on Azure AI/ML).
• Organizing events, hackathons, or mentoring programs.
• Contributing to Microsoft certification content (e.g., AI-102, AI-900, DP-600).
• Delivery & Leadership Experience
• Proven track record architecting and delivering mission-critical enterprise AI implementations.
• Experience leading AI teams or driving large-scale AI transformations and consulting engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to move from strategy and discovery through architecture, development, and production deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a Principal AI Architect, AI Practice Lead, Technical Fellow, or senior consultant at a respected firm.
• Involvement in the creation or review of Azure AI-related certification content.
• Demonstrated success in both technical architecture and client-facing advisory roles.
