Senior/Lead QA Engineer (вакансія неактивна)

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead to join our team and enhance our QA/QC processes, ensuring the delivery of well-tested and high-quality web applications.

Requirements:

— Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

— Experience in manual testing of complex web applications

— Experience with performance/load testing

— Automation testing experience is a plus

— Familiarity with agile development processes

— Experience in API testing

— Testing experience with the following platforms: WordPress, Magento, Shopify, Laravel

— Strong team management skills (defining and adhering to best practices and workflows, mentoring team members, facilitating team meetings and presentations)

— Self-organized and proactive in driving resolutions for open issues

— Good written and spoken English

Knowledge of:

— Writing test plans and testing documentation

— Advanced understanding of testing approaches, techniques, and methodologies

— In-depth knowledge of concepts, activities, and deliverables in software testing

— Web development technologies

— Requirements analysis and test coverage

Personal skills:

— Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff

— Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills

— Results-oriented with keen attention to detail

— Excellent team player who can work independently as well as collaboratively

— Willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise

— Determination to do whatever it takes to get things done

— Good sense of humor

— English proficiency: Upper-intermediate or higher
