Zfort Group is looking for a Client Support Specialist / Administrative Assistant to join us.
Must have:
— Fluent English;
— Experience in video/voice calls with customers.
Responsibilities include:
— Creating and sending receipts for all providers every month;
— Balance Due emails for all providers every week;
— Payroll for providers, checking their billing logs;
— Payroll for all providers, checking their billing logs, checking DOE invoices, and tracking the payments;
— Entering payments, run credit cards. Correspondence with customers regarding billing questions;
— Scheduling phone calls for counselors, saving all the required documents for them, and inviting them to the interview;
— Creating new sheets for ABA and MPG providers at the beginning of each month.
— Customer Support (payments, creating tasks for developers if any changes/fixes are needed, correspondence with users if any help is needed from our side).
