1+ years of relevant commercial experience — not mandatory but will be a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems: Windows 8/10
Knowledge of Linux Ubuntu, Mint, Mac OS
VMware Workstation, Virtualbox
Knowledge of working principles of DNS / DHCP / SMTP / SNMP, etc.
Basic knowledge of TCP / IP protocol suite, competency in identifying and eliminating network issues
