You have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
Experience with LPO creation is a must
Understanding of digital marketing ad formats and platforms
Unbounce or lead page experience
You speak and write English at least strong Upper-Intermediate level
You have strong experience driving A/B testing
You have expertise using web analytics (e.g.: Google Analytics, Hotjar etc.) to measure and analyze conversion funnels, drop — offs, and other key metrics (with ability to interpret the data into reports and recommendations)
You have experience and understand the best practices of web UX.
You’re always up — to — date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
You’re ready and have a willingness to take full responsibility, generate ideas for solving marketing problems
Having work experience for US and EU markets is a plus

Обов’язки

Creation of ad materials from mockups, sketches to wireframes and to working prototypes
Define user tasks, flows and UI specifications
Measure, analyze, and provide final recommendations based on performance
Conceptualize, implement and optimize all upper-funnel user journey from creatives to LPO
Apply a creative approach to all digital marketing campaigns to improve performance
Build and implement digital marketing creative roadmap. This is a vision of how all assets are going to develop and improve performance or release new features/product.
Daily cooperations with copywriters, UX expert, designers, compliance officers, web-developers
Competitors monitoring and research
Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in user experience methodology
