Advanced English
Good knowledge of digital media buying and affiliate marketing
Knowledge of online advertising flow
Experience in buying traffic from different traffic networks (popunders\site-unders, pop-ups, affiliates, push notifications, other; different pricing models: CPI, CPM, CPA, CPC)
Strong Excel skills incl. pivot-tables and macros creating
Interpersonal skills to comfortable communication and troubleshooting with partners
Display traffic types and how they work
Planning & time management skills, proactivity, result-oriented approach

Implement, manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple traffic vendors involving different channels, to ensure effective media buying
Analyse KPIs and conversion across analytics tableau/excel reports as well as in-house tracking tool; quickly synthesize results and propose daily or intraday changes to optimize performance; implement approved changes
Plan traffic buys and monthly performance results to set and achieve quarterly goals
Stay aware of software industry trends in display advertising space
Buying & selling traffic from multiple traffic networks
Extend and develop current and new partnerships to increase traffic volumes
Communication with partners and project teams’ member​
