3+ year experience in HR Business Partner / HR Manager / HR Generalist role
Knowledge of all HR processes and proven track record of providing excellent HR business support and consultancy
Proven project management skills or experience within or outside HR, and strong drive for result
Independent and team player
Advanced English (spoken and written)
Proven organizational skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain relationships with people from different departments and external partners

Обов’язки

Provide effective and efficient HR support and consultancy for the business in all HR related cases and areas:
Implement HR strategy according to business priorities and roadmap for a year
Build relationships with team leaders and departments’ heads in order to champion effective performance management and succession planning as well as other HR strategies
Contribute to performance management process including objectives setting, annual reviews, ongoing feedback, development and career planning
Manage compensation reviews and prepare proposals for salary adjustments and bonuses for review
Create and implement HR Policies
Drive internal communications with employees utilising most efficient tools and channels
Drive onboarding to ensure smooth adaptation of newcomers and their efficiency right from the start
Closely work on HR budget management together with HRD
Drive employee engagement through facilitation of annual action plan/focus groups and interpretation of annual survey results
Full responsibility for HR administration and internal events
Assist in succession planning and identify talent and retention risks
Drive and oversee all employee relations questions

In this position you will partner with the leads and managers from various departments and closely work with HRD to execute the HR strategies and planning activities that foster organizational and people effectiveness. This role requires understanding of business priorities and translating them into an HR agenda that supports the business. In particular you will be responsible for execution HR strategies and satisfying business needs from HR perspective in areas such as administration, policies, performance management and career development and learning, employee engagement, internal communications, onboarding, event management etc. Besides you will participate and drive various HR projects and will work directly with team leaders to create culture of mission driven organization.
You will have the unique chance to contribute to building HR process and people culture in a young and fast growing organization of more than 100 people united by a mission to return privacy to millions of people around the world.
