3+ year experience in HR Generalist/ HR Business Partner role
Understanding of HR processes (Goal setting, Development, C&B, Performance, Recruitment etc.)
Proven track record of providing excellent HR business support
Excellent and proven organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate independently and drive issues towards completion
Acknowledged and proven leadership skills, and ability to build and maintain good relationships with people from different departments and external partners
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proven ability in project management
Upper-Intermediate+ level of English (spoken and written)
DISC or SHL certification will be a plus

Обов’язки

Provide effective and efficient HR support for business
Support employee engagement through facilitation of annual action plan/focus groups and interpretation of annual survey results
Support the performance management process including objectives setting, annual reviews, ongoing feedback, development and career planning
Assist in succession planning and identifying talent and retention risks
Support C&B, reward and recognition initiatives
Manage new employee onboarding process
Team building and corporate events organisation
Ensure Internal communication
Manage employee relationships issues
