Talent Acquisition Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

3+ years experience as a full life cycle recruiter in IT company, preferably with 2 of these years as a recruiter in product company
Ability to interview the candidates
Experience in partnering and influencing executives, internal clients and partners
Efficient collaboration, communication and negotiation skills
At least upper-intermediate level of English

Develop and execute strategic approach to achieve goals in staffing
Searching and screening candidates profiles in accordance with the requirements
Direct sourcing of passive and potential candidates upon request,
searching alternative ways of recruiting
Interviewing the candidates in order to understand their values, motivation and traits
Act as a personal adviser to hiring managers
Preparing different labor market researches upon request
