Passion to create new approaches for providing better understanding of the product by users worldwide.
BA degree or higher (language studies, translation or similar fields)
Ability to work in a demanding environment with challenging deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills (English, Russian, Ukrainian)
Attention to detail, proactivity
Familiarity with CAT and Atlassian tools
Experience working with translation and localization of the product and marketing communications for worldwide expansion is a plus
Experience implementing and working with CMS solutions

Manage localization projects from start to end
Work closely with a team of internal stakeholders (copywriters, marketers, PMs, QA-engineers) and external language specialists to ensure in-time delivery of translations, their linguistic quality, consistency, formatting accuracy, and completeness
Identify and solve localization issues or disagreements, identify causes and performs corrective/preventative action
Analyze localization requirements, creates and manages internal version of localization project plans, communicate this vision to the team
Manage TMs and glossaries
Organize translation quality assessment
Provide translations from EN to RU
Develop project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources and quality control, suggest measures to reduce turnaround time
