REQUIREMENTS:

-2+y experience in customer marketing, product marketing or general marketing role with demonstrated customer engagement experience (B2C is a plus)
-1+y experience in leading mobile marketing programs with quantifiable results in driving hyper growth for not only app downloads, but also new customer acquisition
-Fluent English
-Work experience for US and EU markets
-Experience and knowledge of mobile UX best practices
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills

-Mobile first program experience (online & in-store) including on-boarding experience, adoption and engagement
-Roadmap to increased engagement and conversion

-Push notification strategy working with CRM team to improve efficiency of paid download campaigns — drive downloads to first purchase
