REQUIREMENTS:

English — Upper Intermediate; Legal English proficiency
University Degree in Law (complete higher education)
Work experience +1 year in legal field is welcomed
Proficient communicative skills
Excellent attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviewing, editing and creating various legal documentation (e.g. Non-Disclosure Agreements, Service Agreements, Insertion Orders, etc.)
Conducting legal researches
Dealing with day-to-day tasks of International legal team work-flow (e.g. organization of correspondence sending, preparation of legal documentation backup copies and scans, etc)
