• High level of customer care skills, polite and effective two-way communicator
• Secretary, office manager or personal assistant working experience
• Knowledge of records management and business etiquette
• Strong Intermediate level of English, fluent Ukrainian and Russian
• Ability to work with office equipment

• Managing presentation of reception areas
• General administrative and clerical support
• Distribution of mail, phone calls, fax and other correspondence
• Work with courier services, mail distribution
• Support in events organization
• Part-time schedule (09:00-18:00 or 11:00-20:00)
