Personal attention, timely communication, and respect for all people are the basis of our business philosophy! At this point, Zelh is looking for a Non-technical Recruiter in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual)
Screen candidates resumes and job application
Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”

Job requirements:

6+ months of experience in the recruitment field
Experience with the logistics domain will be a plus
Work experience as an In-house Recruiter
Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment
English — upper-intermediate or higher
Polish — intermediate or higher will be a puls
Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
Exceptional communication skills
Strong decision-making skills
