Необходимые навыки

Required skills:

2 + years of experience in IT system administration;
Good knowledge of Windows 2012/2016/2019 client administration: install, configure, troubleshoot;
Basic knowledge of network technologies, models: OSI, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, VPN, TCP/ IP
Experience with Microsoft 365 (creating accounts, editing, adding users, etc.)
Experience with Active Directory;
At least a Strong Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate Level of English both speaking and writing;
Will be a+ Basic knowledge of MikrotikROS + PowerShell;

Responsibilities and Duties:

Providing advice and solving user problems when working with IT services (and the level of support);
Identifying the causes of user problems and looking for possible solutions;
Requests distribution and interaction with support services of other levels;
Construction of a Knowledge base based on user requests;
Access control to IT services;
Solving interesting technical problems.
