PMO Manager / Program Manager (вакансія неактивна)

Required skills:

  • English: B2 Level or higher (both written and spoken)
  • 1+ year in similar role while managing the PMO team
  • 3+ years in Project Management (minimum 2 years experience working with software development projects or IT Infrastructure projects as a Project Manager/ Scrum Master)
  • Excellent understanding of SDLC and basic technical knowledge
  • Excellent Organisation and Planning skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
  • High level of responsibility
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability and experience of tailoring process for the organisation is essential
  • Experience working with multinational teams and stakeholders
  • Certification PMP/PMI ACP or any other certification (Scrum, SAFE) is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the PMO team and ensuring the smooth delivery of project goals
  • Conducting performance review sessions for Project Managers and ensuring their professional and personal growth
  • Creating PDP plans for Project Managers and ensuring the execution
  • Participating in pre-sales activities for the new and existing projects
  • Providing estimates for the new projects by collaborating with company’s Tech Leads and Senior Management
  • Creating the new company processes, policies and metrics, and ensuring they are followed by the organisation
  • Managing the company’s key client portfolio of projects (one of the famous US companies)
  • Working with senior management to ensure the strategic goals of organisation are met
  • Collaborating with senior management and appropriate stakeholders to ensure the company growth
  • Participating in hiring process by collaborating with HR and Recruitment departments


    About the project:
    Event Notification Platform (ENP) is a system which would allow for near real-time confirmation to a publisher of a consumer transaction event that has completed on an advertiser website allowing new publishers with new business models to work with RLS increasing total GMS tracked via RLS and therefore revenue to RLS.
    This data will need to be exposed via a set of managed APIs to enable integration with internal and external software components in a secure, scalable and consistent manner.
    ENP will only collect and store most current 30 days worth of data to enable U1 matching with the majority of clicks.
