— At least 6 months of experience in IT sales management through the Upwork;
— Knowledge of freelance/remote work platforms
— Ability to manage negotiations regarding multiple projects with various clients simultaneously;
— High-level understanding of the development process of web and mobile application
— Great communication skills
— Being self-driven and persistent
— Being proactive: we love trying new ideas
— Fluent in English (both speaking and writing);

Обязанности

Extending the existing client base using Linkedin
writing proper and catchy proposals on Upwork (bids),
Establishing the primary relationship with customers, determining their needs, recommending the potential approaches to achieving the clients’ goals;
Transferring the project documentation to the PM department.
Create messaging scripts and develop scenarios to attract potential leads’ attention
Analysis & Increase in sales of the company (cross sales)
