We’re looking for an Employer Brand & Engagement Manager who will own and grow our employer brand through tech community initiatives, content, marketing, PR, and social media .

This role sits at the intersection of employer branding, community-driven marketing, and relationship building . Your mission is to turn tech community engagement into a strategic asset for talent attraction, brand trust, and long-term loyalty.

You’ll work closely with HR, Recruitment, Marketing, and leadership , shaping how tech professionals see, experience, and engage with our brand.

Key Requirements:

🔹 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Community Management, Marketing, or PR;
🔹 Proven experience building engagement initiatives or professional communities, preferably in tech;
🔹 Strong understanding of tech audiences (developers, engineers, tech leaders);
🔹 Hands-on experience with social media and content-driven brand growth;
🔹 Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Recruitment, and Marketing;
🔹 English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher — for international communication;
🔹 Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills;
🔹 Ability to work independently and own end-to-end initiatives;

What you will do:

1. Engagement & Tech Community Initiatives (≈50%);
🔹 Build, grow, and manage engagement initiatives for tech audiences (developers, engineers, tech leaders);
🔹 Define and own the engagement strategy: positioning, value proposition, formats, and growth mechanics;
🔹 Launch and manage online and offline activities: meetups, webinars, AMAs, panels, roundtables;
🔹 Attract, onboard, and collaborate with high-quality speakers, experts, and partners;
🔹 Build long-term relationships with speakers, communities, and industry partners;
🔹 Ensure consistent engagement, retention, and qualitative audience growth;

2. Employer Branding, Marketing & Social Media (≈50%);

🔹 Develop and execute the Employer Branding strategy in collaboration with HR, Recruitment, and Marketing;
🔹 Turn community initiatives into employer brand stories and content;
🔹 Own and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Telegram, X, etc.) with a focus on people, culture, and tech expertise;
🔹 Create and manage content plans: employer brand storytelling, event promotion, speaker highlights, recaps;
🔹 Support PR initiatives and partnerships that strengthen employer brand visibility;
🔹 Work closely with leadership to align employer brand messaging with company values ​​and strategy;

3. Analytics & Performance;
🔹 Track and analyze employer branding and engagement KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, inbound interest);
🔹 Measure the impact of community initiatives on brand awareness and talent attraction;
🔹 Continuously improve formats, channels, and messaging based on data and insights.
