We are looking for a people-centric, business-minded HR People Partner / Generalist to join our team. This role is a blend of hands-on people operations and HR partnership, covering the full employee lifecycle, employee engagement, employee relations, and learning & development initiatives.
🔹2+ years of experience in HR roles (People Partner, HR Generalist, or similar);
🔹Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with employees and managers;
🔹Empathetic approach with the ability to handle sensitive situations;
🔹Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations;
🔹Hands-on experience with onboarding and full employee lifecycle processes;
🔹Experience conducting 1:1s and supporting employee engagement;
🔹Experience running employee surveys and working with feedback data;
🔹Hands-on experience in Learning & Development (organizing trainings, building basic development plans, working with competency frameworks);
🔹English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
🔹Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure smooth employee adaptation;
🔹Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to support engagement, identify risks, and improve retention;
🔹Handle employee relations topics, including conflict resolution and feedback management;
🔹Run employee surveys, analyze results, and drive improvements based on insights;
🔹Own and drive Learning & Development initiatives — organize trainings, support development plans, and help structure learning processes;
🔹Manage the full employee lifecycle, including documentation, changes, and offboarding;
🔹Track people-related data and provide actionable insights to improve HR processes;
🔹Support and structure internal HR processes and initiatives;
